Sukiyaki (すき焼き)

I gonna make one of the most traditional Japanese food today.

Sukiyaki


<Ingredients>

-Sukiyaki-

Thin Sliced Beef: 50 g

Shiitake mushroom: 5

Green onion: 3-4

Tofu: 1/5 pack

Konjac noodle: 1/2 pack

Chinese cabbage (Napa): 1/4

Shimeji mushroom: 1/3


-Sauce-

Soy Sauce: 6 tbsp

Mirin (sweet sake): 2tbsp

Sugar: 2-3 tbsp

Water: 2tbsp (If you need)




Let's Cook♬

(1) At first, slowly sear the outside of the beef.


(2) Put all ingredients (with sauce) into pot visually, then cover and heat for 7-10min on medium heat.


(3) Done!!!


Sukiyaki is eaten with beaten raw egg traditionally. (When you eat with raw egg, you have to use "disinfected eggs" for your health safe)


It's really tasty; however, when you visit Kyoto prefecture of Japan, you should go to "KIMURA" (Sukiyaki restaurant)

It is one of the most delicious and reasonable restaurant.
