(Dessert) Gateau Chocolat
Hi guys.
I will make dessert this time.
〜Gateau Chocolat〜
<Ingredients: For 18 inch cake pan>
Any kind of chocolate you choose (I chose Hershey's with almonds): 120g
Eggs: 3
Flour: 4 tbsp
Sugar: 8 tbsp
Butter: 100g (or 8 tbsp)
Let's Cook♬
(1) Separate an egg into yolk and white and mince chocolate.
(2) Turn on the oven and preheat on 160℃/340℉.
(3) Put 6 tbsp sugar in egg yolk and whisk. (I used mixer...)
(4) Melt the chocolate and butter gently in a double boiler (on low heat).
(5) Take out the bowl from the boiler and put whisked yolk little by little.
(6) Put flour little by little while sifting and mix them.
(7) Put 2 tbsp sugar into beaten egg whites with a whisk until foamy. (I used mixer again...)
(8) Add the melange and mix it gently.
(9) Put the batter into the pan and bake in the oven (160℃/340℉) for 40 minutes.
(10) Cool until coarse heat is removed in refrigerator and sift some powder sugar.
(11) Done!!!
It's really smooth and not too mush sweet.
